BOOKING POLICIES

  • A 50% deposit is required to book 

  • All payments are final and non-refundable

RESCHEDULING POLICIES

  • Please notify Management 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule

  • Notifying Management less than 24 hours will lead to a deposit forfeit

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify management immediately. 

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive your full deposit. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment is cause for a non-refundable deposit forfeit.  

TARDINESS POLICIES

  • Your appointment time is your specific allotted time. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened. Depending on the time of your arrival, your engineer will choose if there's enough time to start your session.

  • You are responsible for paying for the entire session, regardless of time of arrival. 

  • Out of respect for all clients and staff, please arrive on time.
